Welcome to PocketOffer (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PocketOffer platform, including our website, web app, games, referral system, and reward services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Definitions​

  • “User”: any individual who accesses or uses PocketOffer.
  • “Service”: PocketOffer platform, including all games, tasks, referrals, tokens, and related features.
  • “POFT Token”: the reward token distributed within PocketOffer.
  • “Reward Pool”: the token allocation used to reward players.
  • “Referral Program”: the system allowing users to invite others and receive commissions.
  • “Action”: any valid user activity (gameplay, task completion, ad engagement).\

2. Acceptance & Amendments​

  • By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.\

3. Eligibility​

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • If under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
  • You may not use PocketOffer if you are barred under applicable laws.\

4. License to Use​

  • We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for entertainment and reward purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Service.\

5. User Conduct​

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, automation, scripts, or multiple accounts to manipulate rewards.
  • Engage in fraud (fake installs, spam referrals, self-referrals, or malicious traffic).
  • Violate intellectual property rights of PocketOffer or third parties.
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

Violations may result in account suspension, reward forfeiture, or permanent termination.

6. Rewards & Referral Program​

  • Rewards are distributed in $POFT tokens or other credits.
  • Tokens are earned only upon valid task completion.
  • Referral commissions follow a five-tier structure:
  • Level 1: 5%
  • Level 2: 3%
  • Level 3: 2%
  • Level 4: 2%
  • Level 5: 3%
  • Rewards may be withheld, revoked, or burned in cases of fraud or non-compliance.
  • PocketOffer does not guarantee the market value or liquidity of $POFT tokens.

7. Fraud Prevention​

  • We actively monitor activity to detect bots, duplicate accounts, and suspicious behavior.
  • PocketOffer reserves the right to audit, investigate, and suspend accounts suspected of fraud.

8. Privacy & Data​

  • We process your data according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA where applicable.
  • By using PocketOffer, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modification & Termination​

  • PocketOffer may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
  • Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately.\

10. Intellectual Property​

  • All content, trademarks, logos (including the PocketOffer Fox mascot), graphics, source code, and design are the intellectual property of PocketOffer.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute our IP without written permission.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability​

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, or future value of POFT tokens.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketOffer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of rewards legitimately earned by you on the Service.

12. Governing Law​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction – e.g., Singapore or Vietnam].
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
